located at Madandih, Purulia, formaly known as Ma Chhinnamastika Steel & Power Pvt Ltd, was incorporated in 2001. The name had been further changed to Shakambhari Ispat & Power Ltd. in 2010.
The facilities of the plant include Iron Beneficiation Plant, Coal Beneficiation Plant, Rotary Kilns(DRI), Electric Arc Furnace with a Continuous Casting Machine (CCM), Horizontal and Vertical Rolling Mills and Captive Power generating plant. The company is now one of the leading manufacturers of Iron & Steel Products in eastern India with an Integrated Steel Plant and Cogeneration Power Producing Facility. It has not only flourished its existence in Bengal but also expanding its network in PAN INDIA in large scale. The Raw Materials are being purchased from trusted sources as well as from its own hugely established Group Companies producing raw materials in large scale. The plants have manufacturing facilities for Sponge Iron (DRI), Ferro Alloys, MS & CRS Billets, HSD-QST Rebars, Wire Rods, Binding wire along with Captive Power Plant. The Quality Control department at SIPL is well equipped with ultra-modern apparatus & a stringent Quality Assurance Plan, the same is adhere to by rich experienced personnel. The plant also takes initiatives for CSR Activities, Blood Donation Camps, Relief Camps for the needy ones.

was incorporated on 26th December 1981. The plant was later acquired by Shakambhari Group in 2019.
SPS Steels Rolling Mills Ltd. – Unit I
It is an integrated steel plant in Durgapur (West Bengal) with facilities to manufacture TMT bars, angles and channels. The company also has the facilities to produce sponge iron and MS Billet. It has all the modern facilities including DRI, Steel Melting and State-of-the-art automatic Rolling Mills for producing high quality reinforcement steel.
SPS Steels Rolling Mills Ltd. – Unit II
This Unit, located at Poradiha village of Purulia, is the recently acquired facility of the Group that is being revived as a Mega Integrated Steel Plant to produce Sponge Iron (DRI Kilns), Ferro Alloys, (Submerged Arc Furnace) MS & CRS Billets (Steel Melting Plant), high quality reinforcement Steel, QST Bars having Captive Power Plant.

located at Mohuda, Orissa was associated with group in 2004.Present facilities include Captive Power Plant, Iron Pellets, Sponge Iron, Steel Melting Plant. Forthcoming Projects include Hot Strip Mill, Hollow & Tubular pipe manufacturing. The main USP of the plant is producing Iron Pellets at large scale which is used as a Raw Material to make Sponge Iron and further for Rebar. Because of its huge production, it has become the raw material field for other group plants. The company is evolving as another Mega Integrated Steel Plant of the Group.

located at Nacrojoria, Bardhaman represents the Group’s drive towards diversification as it is producing high quality Ferro Alloys Metals to be utilized for captive consumption and also catering to the wide export markets. The plant capacities involve a Submerged Arc Furnace to produce Ferro Alloys and Induction Furnace. For manufacturing Ferro alloys ESPL has acquired two plants – Hira Concast Ltd & Impex Steel Ltd. The company is soon to expand its range of products to Structural Steels.
