Since it is an integrated steel plant the whole manufacturing process from raw materials to finished product comes under one roof. Our biggest strength is the quality of our products. Since we are committed to the society and its people, before we dispatch products from plants the finished products go through several test procedures and quality check points. We are always focused on expanding our networks and group companies, making them a source of employment for the youth and job seekers. We have a very ecofriendly and human friendly production environment. Apart from business we also take initiatives for CSR Actvities throughout the year, like Health Checkup Camps, Blood Donation Camps, Relief Camps, Yoga, Marathon, Plantation, and many more.

The Company's commitment for effective Corporate Governance continues and the Company has always been at the forefront of benchmarking the need for full transparency and accountability in all its transactions in order to protect the interest of its stakeholders and to facilitate the creation of long term values for its shareholders. The basic philosophy of the Corporate Governance in the Company is to achieve business excellence and dedicate itself to increasing long-term shareholder value, keeping in view the needs and interests of all its stakeholders. The Company expects to realize excellence by taking such action as may be necessary in order to achieve its goal of value creation, safety, environment and people. For implementing the Corporate Governance practices the Company has set up Audit Committee, Finance Committee and Shareholders'/Investors' Grievance Committee and these committees report to the Board of Directors about the task assigned to them.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

Shakambhari Group always believes that as a steel industry we have commitment towards society. To build a good and sustainable nation have to have growth in construction industry. As a steel manufacturing company we think of modernization of technologies at plant, fast testing procedures, stringent quality checks, developing new techniques to ease the work at construction site which reduces labor cost, saves time and money, hence become profitable to customers. So the Research and Development team of our group is always in the favor of innovation, invention & progress. Along with rebar we now manufacture stirrups (link easy) that became a great help for using it in specific sizes of columns & beams. Besides this we also manufacture binding wires which provide the best quality to end users for tying the rebar. We have recently introduced 550D grade. Now we have both 500D and 550D grades, which comes with more durability, strength, bendability, cost effective, earthquake, fire and corrosion resistance. All the test procedures are done using modern technologies. We always keep generating new techniques to provide the best quality product to be used in construction, building a great nation.

EMPLOYEE SAFETY

Employee safety refers to providing a safe working environment for employees by incorporating safe equipment and safe procedures at the workplace to ensure worker safety. Employee safety is important to maintain a good safe work environment to improve morale and efficiency, which in turn contribute to the growth and profitability of the company. At Shakambhari we conduct safety training, periodic safety inspections of machineries at plant, provide proper personal protective equipment (PPEs) for every worker, employee and visitor at plant to maintain the employee safety. Safety guidelines and practices are established because of their equal investment of employees. Here all employees of all levels work together to be aware and follow safety standards, creating a safe work environment.
